Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year – We made the shortlists!

Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year is a prestigious competition open to photographers worldwide. The awards celebrate the very best in food photography and film, from around the world.

This year there were over 9000 entries from 77 countries around the world. We’re delighted to announce that our very own director of photography, Andrew Perris, has been shortlisted for not just one, but two categories!

Andrew’s image of local Barcombe Nurseries harvester Tom, has been shortlisted for the “Bring Home the Harvest” category, and further vegetable success has come from the One Vision Imaging category of “Cream of the Crop”.

You can see all the shortlisted entries here, on the Pink Lady Website.

The categories cover the full cultural range of the depiction of food in society. From styled food for magazines to images of families eating together in celebration of religious festivals. From depictions of the realities of food production, to food growing in its natural setting. If you’re interested to see more of our entries, here’s the final cut of our full submission.
